Pink dyes tend to be stubborn and often there will still be colour in the water and slight bleeding even after the most involved dye processing…especially with these particular pink skeins because they use SO much pink!! 😁
So I put the two light skeins in the tray as well and they soak up all the leftover pink. I then speckle them with a little bit of black to give them some texture and some interest. This means that 1) they do match the main colour in the tray (Barbara) and would add a nice contrast to a project and 2) they are limited because I can only make them when I make a Barbara tray and generally speaking I only get two of them for every four skeins of pink and 3)*NOTE* the depth of the pink can range from very light too much darker just depending on how much pink is in the pan overall.

If you would like three or more skeins, a new batch will be dyed for you to ensure they match as closely as possible.

Be aware that colors may appear differently on different computer monitors, but every effort has been made to portray them as accurately as possible.
All of my yarns are hand dyed and, as much as I attempt to match, every batch is one-of-a-kind. Be sure to order what you need as matching future batches are not guaranteed.
When using hand-dyed yarns in a project that requires more than one skein, it is strongly recommended to alternate skeins every other row of knitting to even out any differences.
Lastly, as with any hand dyed yarn, please expect minor imperfections and some variation from skein to skein (even within the same batch), as each skein is individually hand painted.
